Bibdy is a mod for the game Dragon Age: Awakening. In this mod, you can see the full tooltips and many other things, which you couldn't see in the game.
Bibdy's tooltips are a little different from the normal ones in the game because they are shown in a different place and have a different style. The main reason for this is that the developer of the game, in this case, decided to make the tooltips more detailed and thus made them longer.
It is not the most convenient way to make the tooltips, but it is the only way to get a detailed look at all of them.
